Cookie Policy

Last updated: 22.10.2025

This Cookie Policy explains how ClickOptions (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy (how we collect, use, and protect your data). By clicking “Accept” on our banner or adjusting preferences, you consent to the use of cookies as described here.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store information. We also use similar technologies (pixels, local storage, SDKs) that work like cookies.

  1. Who sets cookies?

  • First-party cookies (set by ClickOptions / our Framer site) for core functionality and performance.

  • Third-party cookies from services you interact with via our Site, such as Calendly (meeting booking) and outbound links that may load third-party content (e.g., GitBook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram). When you visit those services, their cookie policies apply.

3. Why we use cookies (categories and legal basis)

  • Strictly Necessary (legitimate interests): Required for the Site to function (security, load balancing, basic preferences, form submission). These cannot be switched off.

  • Performance/Analytics (consent): To understand traffic and improve the Site (e.g., page views, load times). Data is aggregated/de-identified where possible.

  • Functional (consent): To remember choices (e.g., language), and enable embedded features (e.g., scheduling widgets).

  • Advertising/Targeting (consent): We currently do not serve ads or run ad pixels on the landing page. If this changes, we will update this Policy and our banner.

5. Managing your choices

  • Consent banner: On your first visit (and periodically), you can Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences (toggle categories).

  • Change your mind anytime: Click “Cookie Settings” in the footer or revisit the banner.

  • Browser controls: You can block/delete cookies via your browser. Some Site features may not work if Strictly Necessary cookies are blocked.

  • Do Not Track: Our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals.

6. Third-party sites

Our Site links to GitBook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram, and Calendly. When you follow those links or load their embeds, those services may set their own cookies. Please review their policies directly.

7.  International transfers and your rights

Where cookies result in personal data processing, we rely on consent (for non-essential categories) or legitimate interests (for strictly necessary). Transfers outside your country use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs). Your rights and contact details are described in our Privacy Policy.

  1. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, providers, or law. The “Last updated” date will change and, if required, we’ll re-prompt for consent.
