Complaints & Dispute Resolution Policy

1. Purpose
ClickOptions operated by Gamma Desk S.A., registration number 155773887, incorporated in Panama (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) is committed to treating all clients fairly and addressing complaints promptly and transparently. This Complaints & Dispute Resolution Policy (“Policy”) explains how clients can submit complaints, how we handle them, and the steps available if a dispute cannot be resolved directly.
2. Submitting a Complaint
If you wish to make a complaint about any aspect of our services, please contact us by:

- Support ticket: via the Help Center on the Platform and/or the Website
When submitting a complaint, please include:
- Your full name and registered account email
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting documents or evidence (if applicable)
3. Complaint Handling Process
- Acknowledgment – We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days.
- Review – The complaint will be reviewed by our Compliance Team.
- Investigation – We may request additional information or documents to assess the matter fully.
- Response – We will provide a written response within 30 days of acknowledgment, explaining the outcome and any actions taken.
4. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the outcome:
- You may request an independent review by the Company's Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) or Compliance Officer.
- Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable law, you may also escalate the dispute to an appropriate regulatory or arbitration body.
5. Resolution of Disputes
- ClickOptions aims to resolve all disputes amicably and in good faith.
- If a resolution cannot be reached through internal procedures, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction clause set out in the Terms of Service.
6. Record Keeping
- All complaints and resolutions are recorded and retained for a minimum of five (5) years.
- These records are available to regulators and auditors upon request.
