Custody & Safeguarding Disclosure

Last updated: 14.10.2025

1. Purpose

This Custody & Safeguarding Disclosure (“Disclosure”) explains how client digital assets are held and safeguarded when using the ClickOptions platform and/or website (the “Platform and/or the Website”). It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Third-Party Custody

  • ClickOptions does not directly hold client assets.
  • All digital assets deposited on the Platform and/or the Website are safeguarded with independent, institutional-grade custodians, which may include Fireblocks, Copper, Cobo, ClearLoop, or other comparable providers.
  • These custodians are responsible for the secure storage of assets and the execution of on-chain anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Transaction (KYT) screening on deposits and withdrawals.

3. Segregation of Assets

  • Client assets are held in segregated or omnibus wallets managed by custodians on behalf of ClickOptions.
  • Client assets are not commingled with the Company's own operating funds.
  • Segregation helps protect client funds in the event of operational issues at the Company.

4. Safeguards & Controls

  • Custodians employ multi-signature wallets, hardware security modules (HSMs), and institutional risk controls to protect client assets.
  • Deposits and withdrawals are subject to on-chain KYT screening to detect high-risk or sanctioned transactions.
  • Suspicious transactions may be delayed, frozen, or blocked pending compliance review.

5. Risks & Limitations

While custodians use industry-leading safeguards, clients should be aware of the following risks:

  • Custodian insolvency or operational failure could impact access to assets.
  • Regulatory changes may affect the availability of custodial services in certain jurisdictions.
  • Insurance coverage is not automatically provided unless explicitly stated. ClickOptions does not guarantee reimbursement for losses resulting from custodian failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.

6. Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring deposits originate from wallets under their lawful control and are not linked to prohibited activities.
  • Clients must complete required KYC/AML verification before withdrawals can be processed.
  • By depositing digital assets, you acknowledge and accept the role of custodians in safeguarding funds and performing KYT screening.

7. Updates

ClickOptions may update its custodial arrangements from time to time. A current list of custodians is available on request.
